GENERALI have the right to respectfully decline a commissions that I am not able or comfortable to do.I required a reference or a detailed description of your character. the more you can tell me about them, the better i can draw for you!PAYMENTS AND REFUNDSPayment Upfront: Work begins only after the full payment is confirmed. (don't send payment before i approve the commission.)Method of Payment: payment via Paypal, Ko-fi or VGEN only !Non-Refundable: Commissions are strictly non-refundable once the sketching process has started. You can tell me to make adjustments if not satisfied, although i will be charging for major changes.Once the final artwork is delivered, the commission is considered complete and non-refundable. Any attempts to file a PayPal dispute after receiving the final piece will be considered fraud.PROCESS AND REVISIONSProgress Updates: I will provide updates during the sketching and flat color stages.Revision Limit: You are entitled to 3 minor revisions during the sketching phase.DEADLINES AND DELIVERYStandard TAT: 10 days to 1 month, depending on the current queue. In case of any delay you will be notified!Rush Orders: If you have a hard deadline (less than 1 week), a Rush Fee will be applied and discussed privately before starting.Final Files: High-resolution files (PNG/JPG)USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYPersonal Use: You may use the artwork for personal profiles, wallpapers, and printing for yourself, etc. Minor edits and cropping are allowed. Don't claim my works as your own worksCommercial Use: Requires a specific license fee (Monetized content/Merch). This includes streaming assets, advertising, or resale.AI & Blockchain: STRICTLY PROHIBITED. My art may not be used for AI training, datasets, or NFT/Blockchain-related purposes.PRIVACY & PORTFOLIOPublic Rights: By default, I reserve the right to post the artwork, including process/WIPs, on my social media and portfolio at any time.Timed Privacy / Launch Delay: I will not share any part of the commission until the agreed date or until you give me the "green light."Permanent NDA / Full Privacy: This fee covers the marketing opportunity cost of not being able to showcase the work.
